Golden
Guernsey goats are a rare breed started in
the British Channel Islands.
As
of now there are less than 350 purebred does
of breeding age worldwide. 11 of these does
are found in NY.
Anins
Dairy Goats has welcomed the inclusion of
this wonderful breed over the last 2 years.
The purebred
Golden Guernsey bucks we purchased were SWind
Panzer from Joan Stump and SWind Paris from
SouthWind Farms. Additionally we bought several
StumpHollo does, one SWind, & a Bluecollar
doe to provide a more varied base to our upgrade
program. |

Anins
start with Nubians was in 1989, then expanded
greatly with the purchase of the Fra-Jac herd
in 1991..
The
Fra-Jac herd included many wonderful animals
including the bucks ++B GCH Nestucca Bracken's
Bo-K (EX), Fra-Jac's Gay Grady (VG89) and,+S
Fra-Jac's Blaze Of Glory (EX).
With
Fra-Jac as a base we crossed with Fez and
were very successful in Canada with the Anins
herd.
. In 2000,
after battling cancer, I (Nina) moved back
to California bringing several of the herd
with me. After Tom was injuried a reduction
of the herd was required. And showing was

Golden

We
are pleased to be able to offer a good selection
of semen from domestic purebred Golden Guernsey
bucks.
In
the fall of 2008 we are expecting the arrival
of imported Golden Guernsey semen from the
UK
